Yes! We can accept a donation even if you don’t have a tree for us to pick-up!

What you do on tree pick-up day:

  1. Please leave your tree at the curb by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024.
  2. Please remove all decorations, tinsel, and stands.

What we do on tree pick-up day:

  1. Trucks and trailers start routes all over town at 8:00 a.m. picking up trees.
  2. The teams unload their full trailers with the help of Recology and then head back out to pick up more trees!
  3. The goal is to have all trees pick-up by 4:00 p.m.

How can I pay?

Please complete the online order form. At checkout you can pay by:

  1. Credit Card
  2. PayPal
  3. Mail in a check with the mail-in payment form to: Troop 2 Chico, PO Box 7025, Chico, CA 95927

What if I have a question, need to report a change on my order, or it is now after 4:00 p.m. and my tree is still at the curb?

The Greatest Day of the Year is also a very busy day!
Please, please, please leave a message with your name, the name the order is under if different, tree pick-up address, best call back number, and issue.

Before Tree Pick-Up Day:

**Starting the day after Thanksgiving, the email and voicemail are check every 24-48 hours.**
